RTracker LLC ("we," "our," "us") provides a platform for athletes to track their development, manage recruiting profiles, and connect with the college recruiting process. By creating an account or using the RTracker app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RecruitTracker. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at team@rtracker.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

RecruitTracker is intended for personal, non-commercial use by athletes and their families for recruiting and athletic development purposes. You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity, stats, or recruiting status.
Use the platform to harass, spam, or deceive other users.
Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Upload content that is false, harmful, or violates any applicable law.
Use any data, metrics, or content from the platform to build, train, or sell derivative products, services, or datasets without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any misuse of the platform, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and pursuing legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Objectionable Content
RecruitTracker is a community built for student-athletes, and we are committed to keeping it safe, respectful, and appropriate for all users.
As a condition of using RecruitTracker, you agree not to create, upload, post, share, transmit, or otherwise make available any content, or engage in any conduct that is objectionable.
Objectionable content and conduct include, but are not limited to, content or behavior that:
Is unlawful, or promotes, encourages, or facilitates any illegal activity;
Is defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating toward any person;
Is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive;
Sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or is otherwise harmful to minors, or attempts to solicit, groom, or make inappropriate contact with a minor;
Is hateful or discriminatory, or promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic;
Depicts, encourages, or promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, or the use of illegal drugs;
Harasses, degrades, or intimidates another person, or is intended to shame, demean, or target another user;
Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your identity, age, affiliation, or athletic or academic record;
Contains another person's private or personal information without their consent, including contact information, location, or other identifying details;
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other right of any person or entity;
Contains spam, deceptive or fraudulent content, malware, or any material intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform or other users;
Is otherwise offensive, upsetting, inappropriate, or objectionable as determined by us in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to remove any content at any time and for any reason without notice.
We may investigate any suspected violation of this section and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, issuing warnings, and suspending, restricting, blocking, or permanently terminating your account and access to RecruitTracker, with or without notice and without liability to you.
We may also report content or conduct to law enforcement or other authorities where we believe it is warranted, including in any case involving the safety of a minor.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If you encounter content or behavior that violates this section, you can report it through our app or contact us at team@rtracker.com

By submitting content to RecruitTracker, including performance metrics, profile information, training logs, and any other data entered into the platform, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, store, analyze, and build upon that data to operate, improve, and develop the platform and its features. This includes the right to generate aggregated insights, trends, benchmarks, and derivative analyses.
While you may update or delete your account, we retain the underlying data contributed to the platform as part of our dataset. Individual account deletion does not obligate us to purge associated data from our systems or models. We do not guarantee the ability to export your data in any format.
We will never sell your individually identifiable personal information to third parties.
